RETURNS

• While we attempt to ensure that all our products are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch, there may be the occasional damage in transit for which we would be open to replacement of the piece(s). We request you to send us images of the package as it arrived with the external damage visible, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Please email us at care@arcobalenoindia.com with all details. Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in with all items intact. Both the return and replacement shipping cost will be borne by us. We would need at least 14 working days for a replacement to be provided in this instance, and request your patience, should this situation occur. Goods are replaced in the same size and style, subject to availability.
• In the unlikely event, for some reason, we are unable to provide you with a replacement piece, we would provide you with a store credit, which could be utilized in any future purchase you make with us. Store credit would be provided in the form of Coupon Code and can be utilized against any future purchase. Terms & Conditions of the Coupon Code will apply. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse replacement of any order for any reason.

SIZE EXCHANGE

• We accept 1 (one size per product) size exchange for our products. Please email to care@arcobalenoindia.com with a size change request and our team will coordinate a size replacement for your product.
• The shipping cost of the return would need to be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the replacement product being sent to you in exchange.
• Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in, with all items intact. We would request you to advise us of any size change request within 24 hours of receipt of your purchase and ship the product back to us such that it should reach us within 7 days from the date of the delivery.
• The returned product should be in perfect unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. The labels and tags should all be intact on the piece. The team at Arcobaleno retains the discretion to determine and conclude whether the product has been returned in intact and unused condition and their decision shall be final. The replacement product in the requested size would be delivered to you within 14 working days of us receiving the returned product. Since we custom make our products and textile inventories are limited, in rare case we may not be able to provide replacement in the new size requested by you. In such rare case we would credit the amount for the returned product as store credit in the form of coupon code and this could be utilised in any future purchase you make with us. Terms & Conditions of the Coupon Code will apply. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse size exchange for any reason.

REFUNDS

• We do not provide any refund on products sold/dispatched. Products once sold/dispatched can only be exchanged for a size replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION BY US (COMPANY ARCOBALENO )

• Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification’s or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled by us (company) after your credit card/debit card/net banking has been charged, the said amount will be reversed/refunded back in your mode of payment.
• While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we may, at our discretion, cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address or telephone number provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed/refunded back to your mode of payment.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE USER (CUSTOMER)

• At our sole discretion, we allow cancellation within 4 hours of order placed; the said amount will be reversed/refunded back to your mode of payment. To cancel a purchase made, please write to us at  care@arcobalenoindia.com.
