Returns and Exchanges

You can return if it meets the following criteria

  • The product(s) should be purchased only from www.arcobalenoindia.com and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
  • There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product(s), caused by the consumer
  • All tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s)
  • Original invoice should be returned with the product(s)
  • Product(s) should reach us in sellable condition.
  • Kindly note that we will not accept returns on consumer promotion items / freebies if the correct product has been delivered. In case we send a wrong product or the wrong size, we will accept your return.

We do not accept return of any product(s) which is not purchased from www.arcobalenoindia.com. We will not take responsibility for any such product(s) sent to us.

Arcobaleno will accept returns for following 2 reason only

  • The External Packaging was Tampered during the courier
  • The Product was Damaged, had Manufacturing Defect(s) or the Wrong Product was Delivered

Other than 2 reasons above, Arcobaleno will not accept returns from the customer. In the direst situation, the company can offer exchange of the product

Arcobaleno will exchange your product, only on following grounds –

  • The Product to be exchanged matches the return criteria
  • The request for exchange is placed within 48 Hours of delivery
  • Customer has good reason to ask for exchange.

How to return your product if

1.The External Packaging was Tampered

At the time of delivery if you notice that the external packing plastic envelope of the consignment is damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the package. Instead, add your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately, citing your order details. It is compulsory that you click pictures of tampered shipment and email us, mentioning the order ID.

We would like to inform you that some wear and tear to the box is not abnormal, unless and until the outer tamper proof cover/envelope remains untampered.

Once our courier partner updates that your parcel is accepted for return and updates this on their website, we will start your refund process.

In the case of Prepaid order (Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card, Gift Cards, Wallets), we will refund the money to your mode of payment. In case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, we will cancel your order. There is no need for refund in this scenario.

2.The Product was Damaged, had Manufacturing Defect(s) or the Wrong Product was Delivered

a) Return via Arcobaleno Return Shipment:

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your product in a good condition, is damaged or defective, is not the product you ordered or of a different size you can return your product.

Your product should fit the Return Criteria as mentioned above. Please email us on  care@arcobalenoindia.com. Alternatively, you may contact/WhatsApp/SMS us at 96777 52900 (Monday to Friday, IST 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM) .Our Customer Care Team will guide you through the return and refund process.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from our team. In case any product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee any credit or refund.

Once our Quality Check Team has received the returned goods, our team will examine the returned products for all defects/variations, based on your claim. Upon confirmation from our Quality Check Team that your return fulfils all conditions mentioned above, we will initiate your refund. We will send you an email and SMS informing you if your return has been accepted or rejected.

Upon examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error/defect/damage/delay has occurred due to customer, you will not be entitled for Refund and in such case, the same product will be returned to you.

b) Return through Self-Shipment:

For ease of return we provide Reverse Pickup for free, depending on your area or PIN Code. In case Reverse Pickup is not possible, you are requested to return the product(s) by courier in original packaging, unused, with tags to Arcobaleno. Please send the package to:

e) I have worn the garment just once or twice. Can I return it?

To maintain  hygiene for all our customers, we do not accept return of any used product.

f) How much time does the return and refund process take?

After placing your return request with our customer care (Please email us at care@arcobalenoindia.com. Alternatively, you may contact/WhatsApp/SMS us at 96777 52900 (Monday to Friday, IST 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM), it will take approximately 3 to 4 business days for our assigned courier service to pick up the product from the shipping address associated with that order. It will take an additional 3 to 4 business days approximately until we have received your returned product at our warehouse, to initiating a refund request.

We will keep you informed via email on your refund status. The refund to your bank or credit card account depends on your mode of payment. Once the refund is initiated, it will take up to 7 working days till the amount is credited to your bank account/card.

g) If I wish to return a product, is a doorstep pick-up available?

We provide Reverse Pickup Option depending on the area / PIN code, for which the charges will be borne by us. In case the reverse pickup is not possible for your area, we request you to return the unused product(s) encased in original packaging along with tags, to Arcobaleno by courier. Arcobaleno will issue a gift coupon up to a maximum of Rs. 100/- against the shipping charges, which can be only redeemed by the customer at www.arcobalenoindia.com

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a SMS from our shipping partner containing your tracking number. You will also receive an email containing the same.

You can edit your order, if a request is placed within 4 hours of placing the order. It would be advisable to keep the total order value same as before.
